Seomyeon, inside Busanjin-gu, is Busan's dense commercial core and the center of the city's aesthetic-medicine scene. Most of the Busan clinics we list operate along Seomyeon-ro and Jungang-daero.

Pricing runs 10–25% below equivalent Seoul clinics. The trade-off is volume and language: English-speaking staff are less common than in Gangnam, and the number of clinics is a fraction of Seoul's. For straightforward procedures this works well. For complex revision cases, Seoul's volume advantage is material.

Seomyeon Station is the transfer point between Busan Metro Lines 1 and 2 — the easiest clinic access in the city. From Busan Station (KTX terminus), Seomyeon is ~10 minutes by subway.
